How Was the Bishop’s Ministries Appeal Goal of $3 Million Determined? How are Parish Goals
Determined?
Considering the needs and costs of diocesan programs and ministries, the diocese decided to keep the 2026 goal at $3 million. Parish goals are determined by unrestricted parish revenue over a given period.
By participating in the Bishop’s Appeal, you strengthen our shared mission to be instruments of God’s mercy and grace—and you help secure a foundation of hope for thousands we are called to serve.

Join us for a festive evening as parents, faculty, parishioners, and community members come together to celebrate in true Kentucky Derby style! Enjoy delicious food and drinks, lively music, and of course an exciting auction featuring fantastic items and experiences.
Guests must be 21 years or older to attend. Dressy casual or Derby-inspired attire is encouraged—think festive, stylish, and fun!
Cost is $85 per person and $680 for a table of 8 people.
