CHILDREN’S LITURGY OF THE WORD
We are excited to bring back our Sunday’s Children’s Liturgy of the Word this fall at the 9:00am Mass but we need volunteers to help lead the sessions!
Children’s Liturgy of the Word is a unique opportunity to present the Sunday Gospel in a dynamic way that connects with our young children. Training will be provided.

WOMEN’S FAITH SHARE GROUP
Psalms: The School of Prayer
At the heart of the Bible are the Psalms, prayers from God that help us learn to pray. The Holy Spirit inspired them. Israel sang them. Christ himself prayed them, as did our Blessed Mother. These sacred hymns become our heartfelt response to God’s loving and wondrous deeds for us. Their words captivate the imagination and draw us into a deeply personal encounter with God.
Women’s Faith Share will meet for an 11-week Bible study Psalms: The School of Prayer, starting on Tuesday, September 2nd at 7:00pm in Stack Center and continuing through November 11th.
Participants will meet every week to view an engaging video presentation followed by a time of group discussion and fellowship. Cost is $30. For more information or to register, contact Jay at 510-537-0806. Last day to register and pay will be on Thursday, August 14th.

OLG-Transfiguration Catholic Community Bookkeeper II
OLG-Transfiguration Catholic Community is seeking to fill a Bookkeeper II position. The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the parishes by accurately recording the day-to-day financial transactions. The Bookkeeper provides timely and accurate financial information to the pastor, business manager, and finance council, and ensures fiscal responsibility in parish operations. The Bookkeeper performs functions with little direct supervision and only general oversight. Quickbook experience is a must. OLG 1st Communion Instructor
OLG Church is seeking a 1st Communion Instructor to join their Faith Formation team. The Instructor is responsible for preparing children to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and 1st Holy Communion. Training will be provided.
